Founded in 1994, SaierNico covers an area of 26,700㎡. We have advanced production facility and test devices such as CNC punching machine, CNC press brake, CNC shearing machine, CNC bus bar processing machine and Robotic welding machine and so on. At present we have about 600 employees, with more than 30 electrical designers, 50 automation designers and 70 responsible for after-sales and quality control.
SaierNico yearly output switchboard achieves 200 shipsets and realizes total delivery of more than 1400 shipsets. Our products have been widely applied to various types of vessels and offshore engineering, such as 400,000dwt VLOC、319,000dwt VLCC、163,000dwt Crude Oil Tanker、4,250TEU、176,000dwt Bulk Carrier、18,000kW PSV、14,000kW Salvage Vessel、4,200t Derrick Pipelay Ship、DLV4,400 Pipe Laying Vessel、11,000m³Dredger、22,000m³LPG, etc.
SaierNico professional automation R&D team has a wealth of experience on development and design automation system for all kinds of large, complicated vessels. We has cooperated with Eekels to lunch SAS/01 Alarm and Monitoring system. Moreover, Eekels are responsible for quality supervision & control. Eekels has 100 years history and a large amount of knowledge and experience on design and manufacture marine automation system. The system complies with the rules of all the major classification societies, such as DNV, GL, BV, CCS, NK, LR, ABS, etc.
SaierNico supplies products as follows: Marine LV Switchboard, MV Switchboard, Alarm and Monitoring System, CCTV, Remote Transmission System, Automation Control System, Vessel Information Management System, Dredger Integrated Control System, Bridge Console, Frequency Converter Control System and Soft Starter, etc.

SaierNico Development History:
In 2001, SaierNico successfully developed Power Management System (PMS) firstly which was equipped with self owned brand switchboard and used for 68m Cargo/ Passenger Ferry built at Tianjin Xinhe shipyard, and the owner is from Bahama. In the same year, SaierNico started to build up worldwide service network.
In 2003, SaierNico was the first one to use self owned brand switchboard and power management system on hi-tech requirement export vessels-6430BHP DP2 ROV Support and PSV which was built by Jiangnan shipyard, Hudong Zhonghua shipyard and Wuhu shipyard together.

In 2005, SaierNico was commissioned by Schneider Electric to develop and design MB301 switchboards which has already been applied to various types of export vessels.
In 2007, SaierNico and Schneider Electric cooperated together to manufacture MCset MV switchboard successfully for CNOOC 7500t Hoister which was built at Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.
In 2008, SaierNico cooperated with Eekels (Holland) to manufacture switchboard and alarm & monitoring system.
In 2008, we were the first joining in “International Ship Electrical and Engineering Service Association (ISES)”. Global service is guaranteed by our own after-sales service support and improved by joining in ISES.
In May 2010 we were the first one to achieve total delivery of 1000 shipsets. Yearly output of 286 shipsets has made SaierNico leap into the front ranks of the world on annual delivery.
In July 2010 SaierNico established its Europe branch company in Denmark-SaierNico Europe A/S, to execute marketing promotion, coordinate worldwide service in Europe.
In Dec. 2010, “JIANGSU ENGINEERING RESEARCH CENTER FOR ELECTRIC AUTOMATION OF NAVAL ARCHITECTURE & OCEAN ENGINEERING” which is approved by “Jiangsu Department of Science and Technology” was founded in SaierNico. The centre is based on SaierNico and supported by “Jiangsu university of science and technology”.The setting up of the research centre improves SaierNico innovation a lot in the field of automation for ship and offshore engineering.
In 2011, SaierNico won the orders of switchboard with self owned brand which are equipped for 319,000dwt VLCC being built in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (SWS).
In 2011, SaierNico won the order of switchboard with self owned brand which is equipped for 4200t Derrick Pipelay Ship being built in Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. It starts our self owned brand switchboard used in the large export offshore engineering project.
In 2011 SaierNico has successfully developed Marine MV Switchboard which meets all types of marine and offshore engineering requirements.
In 2011 SaierNico has cooperated with Eekels to lunch the international standard SAS/01 Alarm and Monitoring System.
Total delivery switchboard more than 1000 shipsets in the past four years, SaierNico has taken the lead in China and leapt into the front ranks of the world. Main projects are as follows:
