SaierNico got the contract of Low Voltage Switchboard, Emergency Switchboard, Starters, Distribution Box, Control Consoles, etc for 2800 passenger Ropax(1+1), the Ropax will be built at Xiamen shipyard for Finland owner Viking Line.
The class of 2800 passenger Ropax is DNV＆#8226;GL, low voltage power system is 3 Phase +N+PE, the grounding system adopts TN-S type. Each unit starter in the group starters equipped with intelligent motor control module and extended operating panel which can transmit starter parameters (such as voltage, current, power, remote control of start and stop, etc.) to IAS system, realize starters remote control and status monitoring. All distribution box load signal will be transmitted to IAS by mode collection for energy consumption monitoring. There are lots of frequency converters in power distribution system.
The vessel costs Euro 194 million, vessel length is 218m, 63000ton, have 13 layers of decks, can provide 2800 beds for customers. The crews and waiters achieve to 400. The length of the lane is 1500m, can hold different kinds of trucks and cars. The vessel decorates according to deluxe Ropax, using LNG as fuel, is the biggest LNG fuel vessel.
Since the year 2021,the new vessel will sailing on the Baltic (Sea) between Finland and Sweden.
